Comes equipped with R-8 insulation with side & top brush seals

- Apply grease to bearings and springs as needed –White Lithium grease, spray worm gear also.
- Visual inspection every 6 months
- Clean surfaces with a soft cloth or brush using a mild, non-abrasive solution
- NEVER use paint thinner to clean door surface. This will damage paint coating.
